A scrawny brown she-cat stared up a tree. It was tall, towering over all the others. Scufflepaw eyed it. It's bark was almost totally smooth, with few pawholds. Letting her gaze roam the other trees, the apprentice had a great idea. "Let's have a tree climbing contest!"

Mapleleaf leapt on a tree and dug in her claws. "I'm in!" she yowled from above.
