Of course,roleplay is pretenting and not a real act toward the roleplayer or life.Which means,you can even steal someone's mate(with the player's premission of course) wishout making anything bad to the roleplayer.
It's the character's line,not yours.

Yes, forbidden love is allowed. Although it saws not to in the warrior code it makes for a good plot.
